Self Unmanaged Future

A friend and I were chatting about how she had gotten some help with her superannuation.

She had created a self-managed fund, only to realise that it meant she had to manage it rather than it managed itself.

So we decided she actually had a Self Unmanaged Super Fund.

Thinking about our career can be a bit like this.

We can expect that it will just be taken care of, and we will see how it goes.

Or we can think about where we want to be in the future and take our journey into our own hands.

If we choose the latter, focusing on becoming a conscious learner is going to help.

What is the next ONE THING we would like to focus on knowing about or getting good at? It doesn't need to be about getting a qualification. Just stay curious and open to the incredible learning and support that exists all around you.
