What's on your workplace table?

How is your organisation feeding you?

The No-THING workplace tends to starve its people with not enough to keep them engaged or promote positive change. Suck and stymied, with little encouragement and less ability to implement new ideas, we become malnourished. We are less creative and productive, our teams are hangry, and our culture lacks energy and vibrancy.

The Every-THING workplace gives us an amazing array of choices in vast quantities. We gorge ourselves on too much of too many dishes. You can't resist that thing you haven't tried and just a little more of your favourite. Our overloaded digestive system causes short-term fatigue, and long-term has negative impacts on your health.

In the ONE THING workplace, we get to choose from the menu. We can have it prepared how we like it. Mostly, it's more proportionate to our needs. We can savour each wonderful bite and move on to another course.

Focusing our attention on one dish at a time, we can leave the table feeling satisfied, energised and able to contribute our best. Isn't that what an organisation is hungry for?
