Meaning and purpose at work

Having a clear understanding of why we do what we do can help us get through the tough times at work. But we shouldn't let 'tough' be our ongoing state.

That's unhealthy and unproductive. Missing the opportunity from a supportive environment, where knowing our 'why' can serve as a source of inspiration and creativity.

As organisations, how are we creating purpose at work? Do people believe in what they are doing? Does it feel meaningful?
