Monday, Monday
I do find Monday's a bit tough.
I'm not at my best. I find it harder to concentrate. I get distracted more than usual.
And I can get frustrated about that, and if I am not careful, a little down.
So much so that I have a little sticker on the whiteboard in my office that reads, "Maybe it is just Monday?"
So when it came to focusing on doing ONE THING better yesterday, I pretty quickly realised that I needed to be kind to myself and that it's okay not to be 'all ahead full' but just 'steady as she goes' today. I will pick up the pace as the week progresses.
And, as it turns out, I did manage to achieve quite a lot today.
