Visual Log

At the end of the workday, no, every day, I have started keeping a visual 'log' inspired by rereading Austin Kleon's Steal Like An Artist. Check out the example from his blog.

It lets me record short notes and images of the day's important, interesting and mundane events. And it also allows me to reflect on how I aced or sucked big time with living in line with my goals, purpose and values.

Maybe give it a try. It's much more fun than a journal.
