Values Choir
It's easy to think that we naturally live the values of the workplace. But our role as leaders is to bring clarity to purpose and values. It's not enough to do them. You need to live them out loud and proud. You might know the tune, and sing your part, but you need all of the choir to feel comfortable with singing along as well.
