Who keeps adjusting gravity?
There are days when it feels like someone has turned up the dial on gravity. You feel heavy and sluggish. There is a weight that keeps pushing your body's energy down. Everything looks cosy enough to lay down just here and rest awhile.
Then there are days when the dial has gone the other way and you are bouncing around like Superball - remember those? You are feeling all-over-the-place crazy - like Tom on Oprah's couch.
Often though, it's little tweaks we need. Not a huge shift on the dial.
