Are you creating the right recovery experiences?
Each time we seemed to be coming out of lockdown over this last 18+ months, there would be a flurry of articles on recovery. And as we approach that time again (fingers crossed), I thought it may be worthwhile revisiting a couple of them.
Recovery is about reversing the effects of stress. And what comes out of these studies [links in the comments below] that I find valuable is that we don't just need to focus on what we do to recover - the activity - but focus on the experiences the recovery creates.
