Where do you sit?

Why don't you sit a spell? There is something that organisations need to sit up and take notice of. This is no time to be sitting on the fence because they could be sitting on a powder keg.

It seems that people are thinking about what matters at work and in their lives since the global crisis sat us back on our heels. Things are not sitting right with employees. They are considering how they want to work and it's not something they are going to take sitting down if the predictions of the great resignation turn out to be true.

According to a Workhuman study, our workforce is not just going to sit idly by where organisations don't offer flexibility, a psychologically safe environment or provide connection, support and recognition.

Organisations that create a culture that can harness these opportunities will be sitting on a gold mine. Those that don't could find themselves sitting on a powder keg.
