Quirky jobs I'd like to do

Is there a job that you think you'd like to be doing that's a bit quirky? ONE THING that could be fun for a while or just for a laugh?

I've always wondered about the person who does the "feels like" work for the weather apps. Sounds harsh. I picture someone standing outside, wearing insubstantial clothing for any extremes, who phones the team and says - "I know it says 37degrees, but it feels like 42. ... You're welcome. Call you in an hour."

But the job I always wanted to have was to be the person who writes the first minute or so of any Law and Order episode. The part that gets you to find the body. The bit before Lenny makes a slightly disrespectful remark about the situation and the 'Dun Dun' sound sends you into the opening credits.

- A woman jogging in the park and talking to her friend on the phone about how she thought her husband had been vulgar at dinner the previous night stops to tie her shoelace and notices a body behind the park bench she is resting her foot on.

- A couple arguing about their holiday on their way back from the grocery store, struggling to get the key in the door, notices something odd near the fire escape.

- Three kids on their bikes looking for a place to smoke go into an abandoned building, hand around the durries and as the playful banter about how good it is to be away from class continues. Then, just as the pack leader raises a match to the cigarette dangling from his lips, he looks across and sees a hand sticking out from the pile of crates.

It's creative, has well-defined boundaries and clear expectations.

What's a quirky job you'd like to do? What are the characteristics that make it attractive to you?
