Let go of ONE THING that just doesn't matter.

Doing ONE THING and doing it deep really makes a difference - but not doing ONE THING can be helpful too.

When people first hear about doing ONE THING they see it as something additional they are going to have to do. And let's face it, there is usually more than enough THINGs to do. Taking on ONE more THING can feel overwhelming.

We forget the point of doing ONE THING is to help make how we work easier or better in some way. So maybe you ONE THING looks at that.

But you can also not do ONE THING. Just let go of something that isn't serving you anymore. That might be enough to make a positive change.
