Unfortunate expressions

When something is "under investigation", do you think they might not be doing enough? Shouldn't it at least be a "sufficient investigation"?

Or in an attempt to make ONE THING sound more vital, an event gets the phrase 'in action' attached to it.

Leadership In Action | Management In Action | Strategy In Action | Teams In Action.

Don't you think that just sends precisely the wrong message?
