Small, Early, Often

What should I, my team or my workplace be focusing on?

What if we chose the wrong ONE THING?

Obviously, we want to choose a ONE THING that will make the biggest difference, the greatest impact, bring us the greatest success. But sometimes simply working on ONE small, easy, straightforward THING that can be achieved is good enough.

So what if it's not the best ever most brilliant-est wonderful solve everything ONE THING? Just taking action on A ONE THING is fine.

The act of doing ONE THING deep, supporting people to see they can learn, make change happen, have some agency, can be incredibly motivating. It can spur people to try the next ONE THING - something more challenging, innovative and impactful.

Don't get hung up on what your ONE THING is initially.

Just start doing it deep.
