Thanks for your help today in the meeting. I appreciate you explaining exactly what I did wrong. I mustn't have adequately followed your instructions when you told me to do it that way. It does seem that we approach quite a few things differently. However, you seemed to like the thoughts I shared with you yesterday about the project. You gave a good description of that idea to the bosses. They were very impressed with you.

You are super helpful in so many ways and save our bacon so often. Like when you single-handedly battled the office printer and emerged victorious, triumphantly waving around that crumpled piece of paper like it was the spoils of war. We all look forward to you telling us about that again.

I'm not sure how we would do without your wit and wisdom. Kel took your suggestions about how she could improve her appearance to heart. As I told her later, when I caught up with her crying in the bathroom, you are incapable of being anything but that kind of helpful.

You really are a special colleague and you just don't realise it.
