The price of tea

ONE THING I notice when I am super focused and getting work done is that it costs me many, many cups of tea and coffee.

I set myself up with a lovely cuppa, ready to work.

Next thing I know, I pick up my cup ready to take my first sip to find it stone cold. Very disappointing - except for the fact that it meant I was in flow, working deeply on my task.

It's not unusual for this to happen more than once in the day.

While it is a waste of refreshing liquids, and that first cold sip is always a shock, it's also nice to know that I have been total engaged and getting things done.
